And our no minimum investment policy means that our portfolio offers something for everyone, from those just getting started to those with large capital.
How It Works
We offer two investment options:
Pisoria Interest Bond (PIB)
Fixed annual interest of 7.5% of your invested amount
No share of capital growth
Pisoria Capital Bond (PCB)
Fixed annual interest of 5% of your invested amount

All returns are paid as interest to avoid the new tax regime, which is punitive to landlords, with flexible investment periods of:
